If there's anything we can't stand, it's a strategy that no one gets, mysterious data, and analytics that go unused.

Jorn Moraal

I am a marketer through and through. I've set up several marketing agencies and do not for the life of me understand how often marketing strategies are based on a gut feeling. All the plans that I have make, for Dutch and international top brands, have always been data-driven. In my opinion, that is the only way to go.

I am often the link between marketing and ecom departments and can advise through the funnel. With my curiosity of new technology, I make all strategies up-to-date and unique.

Jeroen Bakker

I am the link between data and marketing. I am a go-getter. I love working hard and learning a lot.

I studied Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam and started my career in finance. Then I went into retail and became a Data Analyst at the Bijenkorf, a chain of high-end Dutch department stores, where I met Niels.

After numerous projects in analyses and visualization, data holds no secret for me anymore. Together with Niels for data collection on one side, and Jorn for marketing strategy on the other side, I am the one who turns on the lights and shows you exactly what the algorithm is made of.

CTO of Technology with 11 years of experience

Niels Reijmer

With me, everything is about data collection. But only the right data, of course. A problem never exists for long around me. I view technical issues from different angels, as long as it takes to solve.

My base is in Eindhoven, with Computer Science, Statistics, and Psychology. I graduated on User Experience of recommended systems. I became a web analyst, then a data analyst, and worked on implementing analytics trackers, data pipelines, a data warehouse, and personalization.

I am co-owner of several companies where data is the starting point. Because, after all, everything starts with the correct input.
